No more copy-paste: workflows that run themselves.
Same manual steps over and over? I connect your tools into automatic workflows – data moves on its own to where it belongs.
← All servicesWorkflow automation means: you describe what you keep doing by hand – and I build it so it runs itself. Make, Zapier and n8n are the tools; the goal is giving you back time for the work that genuinely needs your attention.
Whether you want leads from a form pushed into your CRM, invoices generated automatically or notifications routed centrally – most processes can be connected in just a few hours. I test every flow before it goes live.
- Recurring tasks run automatically
- Your tools cleanly connected to each other
- Make, Zapier or n8n – whichever fits
- Error handling so nothing breaks silently
- Transparent docs for every workflow
- Saves time you can sell again
- You show me the current process – a screenshot or a quick description is enough.
- I analyse which tool fits best and sketch out the build.
- I build the workflow, test it with real data and fine-tune the error handling.
- You get clear docs and switch it on yourself – or I do it for you.
- Freelancers who repeat the same steps across different tools every day
- Small teams wanting to sync data between CRM, email tool and project management
- Agencies looking to automate client onboarding, reporting or billing
- Anyone who's heard of Zapier or Make but isn't sure how to set it up properly
Which workflows can be automated?
Essentially anything you move manually from A to B: pushing form entries into a CRM, triggering invoices, sending notifications, assembling reports or sorting files. If you can describe the process once, I can automate it.
Make, Zapier or n8n – which is better?
None is universally better – it depends on your case. Make is very flexible and great for complex flows. Zapier is the fastest entry point. n8n is ideal when you want to self-host data or have specific requirements. I help you pick the right one.
What happens if a step fails?
I build error handling directly into every workflow: notifications, fallback paths and logging. That way you notice immediately if something goes wrong – and nothing gets lost quietly.
How much time does this typically save?
That depends on how often you do the task. Even a 10-minute task done daily gives you back over 40 hours a year. Most of my clients see the first results within the first week.
