AI right where you already work.

You don't need a new tool – you need AI in your current one. I plug GPT & co. into where your team already works.

GPT integration into your tools

GPT integration doesn't mean buying a new tool or retraining your team. I build AI directly into your existing setup – as a smart function in your app, as an assistant inside your CRM, or as an intelligent response layer on your website.

The result: your team keeps working in the tools they know – and notices the AI exactly where it helps: faster copy, better answers, less routine work.

What's included
How it works
  1. I understand your tool and your use case – what should the AI do, and for whom?
  2. We clarify data protection and data flow: what goes where, which provider fits.
  3. I build the integration – prompt design, API connection, error handling.
  4. Testing, fine-tuning and handover – so you can keep developing the AI yourself.
Who this is for
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect GPT to my existing tool?

Typically via the OpenAI API or a compatible provider. I analyse your tool, figure out where AI adds the most value, and build the integration – from authentication through to prompt design.

Can the AI access my own data?

Yes, through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the AI can draw on your own documents, databases or knowledge base. That way you get answers tuned to your specific context – not just generic knowledge.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

It depends on what data you process and which provider you use. I factor in data protection from the start: European hosting options, data minimisation and clear processing logic. For sensitive data, I'd also recommend a check with a privacy consultant.

Do I need a new tool for this?

No. That's exactly the point: I integrate AI into what you already have. Whether it's a CRM, a website, an internal wiki or a custom app – the AI comes to your users, not the other way around.
